How long does shipping take?

Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) typically takes 2–4 business days. Express shipping (USPS Priority) takes 1–3 business days. Please note: we do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. You can also track your order anytime at Track Your Order.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Can I change my subscription frequency?

Currently subscriptions deliver monthly. If you need a different cadence, please contact our support team and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

However, all Zenova Wellness products are manufactured in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities and undergo third-party testing for purity and potency.
