Zenova Wellness Return & Refund Policy

At Zenova Wellness, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are manufactured to order through our fulfillment partner, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@zenovawellness.me with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost in Transit

If tracking indicates your package was lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund.

Unopened Products

Unopened, sealed products in their original packaging may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, contact support@zenovawellness.me with your order number. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Opened Products

Due to the nature of supplement, skincare, and consumable products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items for health and safety reasons. If you are unhappy with your experience, contact us — we may offer store credit on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened supplement, skincare, or consumable products
  • Digital products (guides, ebooks, courses)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

Incorrect Shipping Address

If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner because the shipping address was insufficient, undeliverable, or unclaimed, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment to a corrected address. Please verify your address carefully at checkout.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled at no cost if they have not yet entered fulfillment. Once an order has been accepted and produced by our fulfillment partner, it can no longer be cancelled. Contact us immediately at support@zenovawellness.me if you need to cancel.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time before the refund appears on your statement. If you have not received an approved refund within 15 business days, contact support@zenovawellness.me.
