By accessing or using our Services — including our website at zenovawellness.me, the Zenova Wellness Mobile App, and the Zara AI Wellness Assistant — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 4. Artificial Intelligence Features

Our Services include AI-powered features, including the Zara AI Wellness Assistant. Zara generates responses based on the information you provide and is intended for informational and educational purposes only. Responses from Zara should not be considered medical, legal, nutritional, or professional advice of any kind. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding medical questions, supplement interactions, or treatment decisions.

Zenova Wellness makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses. Use of AI features is at your own discretion.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a pricing error occurs. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

6. Orders & Fulfillment

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Our products are made on demand by our fulfillment partner, Supliful (Brand on Demand Inc.). Order processing typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.

7. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund practices are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Because our products are made on demand, we generally do not accept returns for buyer's remorse.

Use of the App is subject to the terms of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) in addition to these Terms.

All content across our Services — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and AI-generated content — is the property of Zenova Wellness LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or their related systems. You may not use the Zara AI Wellness Assistant to solicit, generate, or distribute harmful, deceptive, or illegal content.
