Zenova Wellness Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy. This policy explains how to change or cancel those types of purchases. For all other questions, contact support@zenovawellness.me.
One-Time Orders
One-time orders can be cancelled at no cost if they have not yet entered fulfillment. Once your order has been accepted and produced by our fulfillment partner, it can no longer be cancelled. Contact support@zenovawellness.me immediately if you need to cancel.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select. Your payment method will be stored securely and charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. You can cancel any time before the next billing date with no penalty.
How to cancel or modify a subscription

Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Once a subscription order has been accepted for fulfillment by our partner, it follows our standard order cancellation policy.
Pre-Orders
A pre-order means you are purchasing a product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or the full amount at checkout, and fulfill the order at a future date. You can cancel a pre-order any time before it enters fulfillment by contacting support@zenovawellness.me. If the order has already entered fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
Try Before You Buy
When you purchase a try-before-you-buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You have 14 days from the delivery date to decide whether to keep the item.
- If you choose to keep the item, your payment method will be charged the full amount after 14 days.
- If you wish to return the item, you must initiate the return within 14 days of delivery by contacting support@zenovawellness.me.
- Items must be returned unopened and in original condition to qualify.
