How long does shipping take?
Standard orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping regions — stay tuned for updates. If you have a specific inquiry about international shipping, please contact our support team.
What is your return policy?
We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right. Please note that opened supplement products may not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscribing to a Zenova product lets you save on every order and ensures you never run out of your favorites. When you subscribe, your chosen product ships automatically on your selected schedule (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days). You'll be charged at the time of each renewal.
How do I cancel or edit a subscription?
You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Zenova account. Log in, navigate to your account dashboard, and select "Subscriptions" to make changes. If you need help, our support team is always available to assist.
