Zenova Wellness Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

Zenova Wellness ships within the continental United States only. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes that cannot accept USPS Ground Advantage, or international destinations.

How We Ship

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party fulfillment partner from a U.S. fulfillment center via USPS.

  • Standard Shipping: USPS Ground Advantage, typically 2–4 business days in transit after fulfillment.
  • Express Shipping: USPS Priority Mail, typically 1–3 business days in transit after fulfillment.

Delivery times above reflect typical transit estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and holidays may extend delivery times.

Order Processing

Orders are typically accepted and processed by our fulfillment partner within 1–3 business days before shipment. Higher-volume periods, holidays, or stock availability may extend processing times. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping service. Final rates are shown before payment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, contact support@zenovawellness.me within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner because the address was insufficient or unclaimed, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@zenovawellness.me — we can only make changes before the order is accepted for fulfillment.

Out-of-Stock Items

On rare occasions, items may become temporarily out of stock after an order is placed. If this affects your order, we will contact you within 2 business days with options: wait for restock, substitute a similar item, or receive a refund.
