How do I download the Zenova Wellness app?

The Zenova Wellness app is available on the Apple App Store. Search for "Zenova Wellness" or follow the download link on our website. Android support is coming soon.

How do I create an account?

Tap "Create Account" on the app's home screen or visit account.zenovawellness.me. You'll need a valid email address and password. Your account works across both the app and website.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

What is Zara?

Zara is the Zenova Wellness AI assistant built into the app. She can answer product questions, help you find the right supplements for your goals, and provide general wellness education. Zara does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement regimen.

Is my data safe in the app?

Yes. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. The app does not access your camera, contacts, health data, location, or microphone. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

The app is crashing or not loading. What should I do?

Try these steps in order:

  1. Close and reopen the app
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. Update the app to the latest version in the App Store
  4. Restart your device
  5. Uninstall and reinstall the app
